Mehbooba Mufti Sayeed and Omar Abdullah Epitomize Politics based on Falsehoods

“India will pay with interest Aug 05”,
Mehbooba Mufti and “India did not keep her promise to Kashmiris”, Omar
Abdullah. Both the statements, a few days before the historic date of 05 08
2019, are not meant for Indian media, much less for Indian political leadership
of the day who made that day historic, but for the Pak media and the political
leadership and parties of Pakistan enabling Pakistan to create some commotion
in the international arena for their domestic consumption. The employer’s pay cheque
needs to be honoured by diligently working for the same and that’s what Mufti
and Abdullah have done; by doing so they have also fed their constituency with
an illusion that fight is ON against the abrogation. Pak’s and its various political
party’s survival is centered on Kashmir and so are the political fortunes of
Mufti and Abdullah. Center beware of such politicians!
Your Grandfather cheated on
Kashmiris Mr. Omar:
Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah had no love
lost for Kashmiris; his first and last love was political power and he could go
to any extent to grab it. Mr. Omar, your grand father was never sure of his
support base among the Muslims of Jammu region who never trusted him as is
evident from the historical fact that having agreed to rechristen “Muslim
Conference” as “National Conference” headed by Sheikh, they after a very short
period parted ways with your grandfather to have their own political outfit
which they named “Muslim Conference”. For the reason that Sheikh was not sure
of his following in the Jammu region he did not want a plebiscite to be held in
J&K, as proposed by Mr. Nehru in keeping with the Indian National Congress Resolution
that the final accession to India shall be decided by the “Will” of the people.
That was the statesmanship of Mr. Nehru that even post accession he wanted to
ascertain ‘Will” of the people. Mr. Omar, Sheikh turned out to be chicken hearted
for fear of losing political power and a singular opportunity to rule over the
state of J&K. So, your grandfather came in the way of people expressing
their political “Will”.
Sheikh Prevaricated on his innermost
Political Ambition:
Sheikh was a betrayer par
excellence. His innermost desire was to be the ruler of an independent state of
J&K. He chose not to confide in Mr. Nehru about it, but chose a path that
was to traumatize the people of the J&K state. Had he confided in Nehru ji
the latter would have suggested plebiscite and of which he was mortally scared
and unsure. So, he chose to “run with the rabbit and hunt with the wolf”. His
smartness could not last long and found himself incarcerated in jail/house
arrest. Even Muhammad Ali Jinnah had contempt for Sheikh as he played tricks on
both sides of the fence. His final act of treachery to his innumerous gullible
followers was to accept the chair of Chief Minister while earlier he had been
the Prime Minister. So he drove the final nail in the coffin of Article 370 as
his ostensible aim was to recapture power, but true intentions were to prepare
gullible for Jihad against India- the Nation whose leadership had treated him
with immense respect.
Sheikh did not keep his Promise to
Kashmiris:
जो कुछ करेगा बब करेगा बब करेगा
جو کچھ کریگا بب کریگا بب کریگا
That was the faith Kashmiri
Muslims had in him as they were always driven more by their religious
affiliations than any other dimension of human life; and they were sure that he
will do justice to their political aspirations. Mr. Omar your grandfather didn’t
do any justice to his followers instead used them as fuel to stoke anti India
passions which ultimately led to unprecedented turmoil in the state.
Your grandfather Mr Omar cheated
on his followers and established family rule. He enthusiastically killed the
Stallion – Article 370.
Ms. Mehbooba your Father was a
rank Communalist and Opportunist:
Both Sheikh and Mufti Sayeed were
alumni of Aligarh Muslim University. Sheikh was the acknowledged tallest leader
in the J&K and his communal credentials are certified by his act of
founding Muslim Conference to fight against what he thought to be a tyrannical
rule of Maharaja Hari Singh. His political outfit clearly spelled out that he
represented, led and spoke for only Muslims. Mufti Sayeed was one of his
admirers - as all his contemporaries were- insofar as providing political
leadership for Kashmiri Muslims was concerned.
Mufti paid in full Guru Dakshina
to his Guru Sheikh by organizing and supervising Anantnag riots of 1986 in
which the Pandits were massacred and temples razed to ground; he also has this
dubious distinction of not only engineering the forced exodus of the Pandits
from the Valley in 1990, but also supervising it to the minutest last detail,
while he was the Home Minister of India.
He was as much a power hungry
politician as Sheikh was and the Anantnag riots he engineered because he had
been denied the chair of Chief Minister by the then PM Rajiv Gandhi. He was
such a cunning politician that in 1987 state assembly elections while
ostensibly canvassing for the Congress, he sought votes for Muslim United Front
(MUF) by displaying a pen & sketching an ink bottle in air- the symbol of
MUF.
Mufti Sayeed went to & fro from
one political party to another in search of power and ultimately founded his
own party – the PDP
Why Mufti Sayeed did not protest
when PM of J&K was relegated to being just CM?
Mufti Sayeed was spotted by
Ghulam Mohammed Sadiq and picked him up as a minister in his cabinet. While
Mufti Sayeed was in active politics Mr. Sadiq was relegated to the chair of CM
from PM. On that fateful day in 1966 when Mr. Sadiq accepted the verdict as
fait accompli the Article 370 was buried deep into Earth. A communist card
holder serving as CM of J&K in a Congress led government shows how dubious
Mr. Sadiq’s political credentials were and Mufti Sayeed was a minister in his government!
Why did not Mufti Sayeed protest
against the relegation and go to public for their awakening, Ms Mehbooba Mufti?
The answer: he was too concerned about the power he had come to wield and was
not politically naïve to kick it for upholding special status of J&K that
had granted it a PM and not just a CM. Mufti back stabbed Muslims of Kashmir by
continuing to be in the seat of power.
Ms. Mehbooba you may require to
read a bit of history not as taught by Moulvis, but as documented by many
authors. You may read only such history books as authored by Muslims, but need
to read.
Your statement “India will pay with interest Aug 05”
depicts your ignorance about the content of Art 370 and how, over the years, it
was prostituted not by BJP RSS or Hindus, but by your own Kashmiri Muslim
leaders because their prime political aim was to be in power and that they
ensured by agreeing to everything/anything that the Center put up as a
proposal. The latest being GST implementation.
Art 370 or special status to J&K
was not abrogated on 05 08 2021, it was nonexistent since 1966 and thereafter
its orphan was prostituted many a times by those who ultimately ended up
setting J&K up into flames.
Your father, Ms. Mehbooba, was such
a degenerate politician that he thanked terrorists and Pakistan for allowing the
conduct of elections in J&K.
The Union government run by the NDA
and led by BJP did not abrogate 370 through the Act of Parliament they only
buried a stinking skeleton; while the main political aim was to fully integrate
the region with India.
Ms. Mufti, if you have read
Instrument Of Accession and Government of India Act 1935, then you would agree
that what was done on 05 08 2019 was course correction as J&K legally and
constitutionally had always been an integral part of India since the day and
time the Maharaja of the erstwhile princely state of J&K signed the
Instrument of Accession of his own free Will. Your father Mr. Mufti Sayeed was
a Law degree holder; hope he taught you a bit of law!
