  Muslim Leadership Polarizing Muslim Opinion against Indian Nation using Waqf Amendment Bill as a Pretext  Lalit K Kaul Waqf Board Amendment Bill has been passed in the Lok Sabha. The voting pattern has clearly shown the divide between the two groups- one which is in favour of regulating its functioning within the purview of Indian Constitution and the other which is in favour of letting it be outside of it. The Waqf Board Amendment Bill 2013 was so draconian that it gave absolute powers to Waqf Board to the extent that the entire judiciary was kept out of its purview and the District Magistrate was made subservient to its dictates!
