Time for Amit Shah to make the transition
from a state of complacency and self assuredness that he under the leadership
of the Prime Minister Narendra D Modi has fully integrated the erstwhile state
of J&K by reorganizing it into two UTs to a realistic state that the
political and religious leadership of Muslims and the government of J&K UT have
continued to pursue anti-India agenda, post August 5 2019 and SC’s verdict
upholding revocation of Articles 370, that ’s rooted in their love for Pakistan
motivated and inspired by the tenets of Islam.
The intervening period between August 5,
2019 and the day when they announced their “protest” for statehood at Jantar
Mantar was utilized for silent but thorough campaign among the Muslims in the
Valley and Jammu province that they were robbed of their “identity”, “honour” and
“fundamental rights” on August 5, 2019 and, therefore, if they desired to live
with “dignity” then they should prepare themselves for a yet another
confrontation with the Indian State/dispensation. Reproduced in the sequel are
the statements which sustain the argument in the aforesaid lines.
Statements of PAGD Conglomerate post SC approval of the
Revocation of Article 370:
Mehbooba
Mufti in Kupwara: We don't have to lose heart. We will continue our struggle.
The SC is not God. …... We cannot treat it as God's verdict. She said people
opposing special status to J-K want "us to give up". "Our
opponents want that we give up the fight, but we will continue till our last
breath,,,Our opponents want us to lose hope and accept defeat. But that should
not be the case," she said.
Farooq
Abdullah said, “If we remain friendly with our neighbours, both will progress.”
“India could meet the same fate as Gaza and Palestine, which are being bombed
by Israeli forces, if it doesn't find a solution through dialogue with Pakistan”.
Omar
Abdullah said the SC's verdict on Article 370 was a "defeat for the people
of J&K. It is a setback, but the struggle doesn't end. This is not a
personal loss or a defeat for the National Conference, it's a collective
loss."
The above
declarations unambiguously stated the political intent that is inimical to
Indian geo-political interests. Their love for Pakistan comes out clearly with
a threat that is tantamount to treason. They carried on with this agenda while
canvassing for their candidates in the L S and Assembly elections and came out
victorious! The BJP didn’t contest Lok Sabha elections and the Assembly election
results showed the clear divide between the two major communities. This Hindu-Muslim divide: the divide between
those who swear by geographical integrity of India and the ones who swear by
India’s disintegration.
The Invitees:
The leaders
of all political outfits (that constitute opposition to ruling BJP) have been
invited including the Jinnah of 21st Century India, Asaddudin Owaisi.
But the unambiguous message about the true intent of the proposed “protest” for
statehood of J&K has been conveyed to the powers that be, by inviting such
leaders who once were and continue to be part of Hurriyat! Thus what in fact is
unfolding is the open declaration of alliance yet again between those who are
avowedly anti-India and who are elected representatives of the people having
taken Oath of office with allegiance to the Indian Constitution.
History is
bound to repeat itself in due time with the exception that this time around
Kashmiri Pandit community won’t be the target but the Hindus in Muslim majority
areas in Jammu province shall be. And, a grand beginning is going to be made
from the Jantar Mantar on 20th July 2026! The irony is that they
shall be provided security all along during their stay at Jantar Mantar because
they have been permitted to do so!
Challenging
the Anti-India Political Designs:
The challenge
to this diabolical political game of Kashmiri Muslim political and religious
leadership has emerged from Panun Kashmir- an organization of the victims of
genocide and its survivors which has been articulating their geo-political
aspirations, that is, creation of Homeland UT within Kashmir to the North and
East of river Vitasta thus seeking a transition from being a stateless Nation
to a Nation State, not sovereign though.
While this
demand seeks to permanently safeguard their generations next from the barbarism
of Muslim rule, it also suggests the only way out to de-Islamise the Valley as
it enables not only protecting and making vibrant the symbols of Sanatan
Heritage, but also re-establishing Sanatan belief system, religious practices and
Value System in the Valley and opens avenues for political and economic empowerment
of the community.
Not a
Coincidence:
It’s not a
coincidence that the two protests/demands that are seeking two diametrically
opposite political goals are happening on the same day in the same place, it’s
the outcome of meticulously following the political forces that are inimical to
Indian geo-political interests, monitoring their dynamics and then coming up
with a plan that challenges such forces upfront.
The Message
that would Go Across:
To the
National Conference and its supporters across India including Hurriyat the very
presence of Panun Kashmir with banners would be like a bone in their political
kebab unable to swallow and therefore relish.
For its very
presence would remind them, and the Indian government, of their
1. abdication
of such duties in the past, when J&K was a full-fledged state, that are
incumbent on a state government to maintain law and order and protect lives and
properties of its residents,
2. barbaric
deeds against a miniscule Kashmiri Pandit(KP) community during their reign in
the erstwhile J&K state,
3. role in completely
sensitizing the entire state machinery against the KP community based on the
tenets of Islam,
4. role in
facilitating training of local Kashmiri Muslims across the border and hosting
foreign Mujahideen in the rural Kashmir for waging Islamic war (Jihad) on
“Kafir” Indian State,
5. role in
facilitating war cries emanating from mosques
and threatening the KP community with three options- convert, die or flee,
6. role in
ensuring that the Valley is cleansed of KP community over the years beginning
1986 and is fully Islamised.
The proof of
the above facts lies in the Birth of Panun Kashmir and Adoption of
Margdarshan’91 Resolution on creation of separate Homeland within the Valley.
And,
therefore, the present political dispensation- responsible for Genocide of KP community
and nurturing anti-India agenda- is not worthy of having full statehood for
J&K.
To the GoI,
the ruling coalition (NDA) and the opposition conglomerate the message that
would go through is that
a. while the BJP
led Indian government’s heart bleeds for human rights violations of the
residents of “Azad Kashmir” and Hindus in Bangladesh it’s guilty of having
sanctified the human rights violations of a nationalistic KP community in India
by assiduously sustaining them,
b. the successive central governments in India have
created a historic and hitherto unheard of precedence, as far as world of Nations is concerned, by institutionalising
Refugee status of its own citizens,
c. the Indian
State is classifiable as ‘One of its Kind’ in the world of Nation States by
dint of having shown no inclination whatsoever in bringing to justice those who
murdered KP men and boys, raped/gang raped the females and murdered them, in
the Valley and then looted their properties while illegally occupying many of
them post their forced exile from the valley,
d. the Indian
government has been tirelessly pandering to the insatiable demands of
anti-India people, like a parent giving a toddler candy every time they throw a
tantrum, while rubbing salt into the civilizational
wounds of KP community,
e. for the
claim that India is a civilized Nation State to be justifiable, it needs to recognize
the KP community genocide and enact the law to bring its perpetrators to
justice on a priority basis and without playing to the gallery.
Which way
the Camel sits, only Time shall Tell, but this initiative of Panun Kashmir
leadership has brought alive the KP Homeland movement.
