Amit Shah’s Police- Proactive against R K Handoo Paralytic against Farooq Abdullah

(Total Capitulation to Secessionist Forces & Islamic Jihad in Kashmir)

Unable to shoulder the burden of abysmal failures in his attempts to restore normalcy in J&K UT, Amit Shah has begun the campaign of holding member(s) of Kashmiri Pandit Community (KPC)- victims of genocide and living in exile for more than 37 years- responsible for disturbed conditions in the UT!

Unable to prosecute and bring to justice the perpetrators of genocide on KPC, the Home Minister of India has chosen to prosecute and bring to justice such victims of Islamic Jihad in Kashmir who, through their networks of social media, have been keeping the people across the Indian territory informed about the never ending threats to the lives and livelihoods of a miniscule number of KPC members now residing in Kashmir. The desperation to hide his failures, Amit Shah has chosen to charge Sri R K Handoo under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967(UAPA) under which highest punishment is death penalty!

The Modi-Shah Regime’s Mis-conceived Initiatives in J&K UT gone Haywire:

Lot of euphoria was created by the media- print, electronic and digital- and BJP spokespersons on Aug 5, 2019 hailing the ‘abrogation’ of non-existent Art 370. Post claimed abrogation of Article 370 and abrogation of Article 35A [which was unwarranted because its equivalent are found primarily in Article 371 (Articles 371A to 371J) of the Indian Constitution for Northeast states, and via specific state-legislated residency/tenancy laws for Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand], the genius of Modi-Shah duo came up with innovative ideas like delimitation of constituencies based on geographical area and not population density and introduction of New Domicile Law having declared State Subject Certificate as irrelevant.

All the above steps taken by the Modi-Shah duo revitalized the Islamic jihadists and secessionist forces to engage in such activities/propaganda that would convince the Muslims in J&K UT that they had been robbed of their ‘dignity and identity’. The response of the secessionist and jihadist forces supported by “mainstream” political outfits was to unfold an year after the Gupkar Declaration.

The 2^nd Gupkar Declaration dated October 20, 2020 signalled possible reoccurrence of such ominous events that had traumatized the Kashmiri Society for more than thirty years.  That the killing spree should start nearly one year after the Gupkar Declaration, is indicative of the planning done by the Gupkar Gang in motivating the locals to go on a targeted killing spree to negate the New Domicile Law. Gupkar Declaration establishes a kind of link between the so called “mainstream” parties and the targeted killings. The rationale sustaining this accusation on Gupkar Gang is: that the aim of restoring so called (non-existent) Article 370 is not achievable, is very well understood by the Gang; the direct consequence of the abrogation of Article 35A is the change in the definition of domicile that opens it up for non residents of the erstwhile J&K state; the Article 370 cannot be restored back to its pre 5^th August 2019 status, but the implementation of new Domicile Law can be thwarted and hence the killings. These killings didn’t even spare those Non-Muslims who had never left the Valley since 1990 and included migrant labour who had come to earn livelihoods and not settle down in the Valley. The killings haven’t stopped; threats to the lives of non-Muslims persist as is clear from the way the PM package employees have been living- no freedom to move freely, asked to stay indoors based on Intelligence reports of impending threats to their lives! The Gupkar Gang has ensured that the KPC families which were made to flee their homes and hearths in 1990 and thereafter, never dare to return to the Valley; state machinery headed by LG stays polarized against the KPC and allows illegal occupation of the properties- houses, orchards, shops, farms- left behind by the families belonging to KPC. That’s ‘normalcy’ in Kashmir as propagated by Amit Shah and supported by his parrot, the LG! ‘Normalcy’ as declared by Amit Shah is synonymous with Islamic Kashmir as assiduously promoted by Modi-Shah duo and established by LG; the latest development in this direction is building of a Mazar near Shankracharya temple! While Islam prohibits assigning ‘partners to Allah’, Muslims worship Mazars!!

Playing to the Gallery! From ‘Operation Balakot’ to ‘Operation Sindoor’, nothing has materially changed on the ground in Kashmir. As it remains unsafe and, therefore, out of reach of the exiled KPC. Because Modi-Shah duo chose to look outwards for agencies/countries who ‘stimulated and continue to stimulate’ social turmoil and political instability in J&K.  Looking within was a taboo because, according to Modi-Shah duo and their Voice- the LG, the local Muslims too had been victims of ‘Pak sponsored cross border terrorism!’

The Pahalgam carnage led to ‘invention’ of ‘Over Ground Workers’! Looks like they had been missing for more than 30 years and suddenly sprouted overnight (post Pahalgam carnage) from the farms and orchards of Rural Kashmir!

To sum up the situation, it’s like ‘The King is dead. Long live the King!’ Balakot is Over (dead) as is Operation Sindoor; Long live Operation Sindoor 2.0!! Meanwhile, according to Amit Shah ‘ there is normalcy in Kashmir; no stone pelting; terrorism has now taken shape of proxy war! Pandits can go back if they so please!! Else, they are doing pretty well living in different parts of India!!!’

Kashmiri Muslims are Patriots and R K Hando is Threat to Tranquillity in Kashmir:

Pakistan is beyond reach, for all the dramatic ‘surgical’ operations against its ‘terror networks’, because the US hasn’t yet declared her as non-entity in geo-political games; the Kashmiri Muslims are declared victims of ‘cross border terrorism’, and the Pandits who are doing ‘pretty well living in different parts of country’ are now using their ‘economic clout’ to destabilize Kashmir and R K Handoo is the front end; is the newly invented political narrative to hide their abysmal failures in handling insurgency fed by Islamic Jihad in Kashmir.

The Punching Bag–R K Handoo: Muslims who led insurgency against Indian State, inspired by Islam’s uncivilized Ideology, have begun to go overboard seizing this opportunity to declare KPC as sponsor of ‘terrorism’ in Kashmir while portraying themselves as it’s victims! This is the achievement of Modi-Shah duo-an achievement that has no parallel in the past nor shall it have in the future! Achievement that has biologically through genetic programming converted a wolf into a lamb and a lamb into a wolf!!

The Role of R K Handoo:

Kashmiri Pandit activist Rakesh Handoo faces police notice in Baramulla Cybercrime case. FIR reportedly registered on complaint by PM Package employee Rohit Raina; Handoo links dispute to security concerns and alleged data leak. According to Handoo, who resides in Faridabad, Haryana, he had expressed his willingness to join the investigation through video conferencing because of the distance involved.

In August, local media  reported that Handoo had sought an investigation into the alleged data leak and demanded security measures for PM Package employees. A September report by media also covered fresh threats against the employees and Handoo’s demand for an inquiry into the circulation of their photographs and personal information. So, that was his crime! UAPA had to be invoked because a ‘terrorist’ was enjoying in Faridabad!

The ‘Nationalist’ Farooq Abdullah!

Abdullahs and Muftis- the darling children of BJP since Vajpayee days. In fact Muftis owe the birth of their political party and its ascendency to power in J&K to Vajpayee-Advani duo. That’s the inseparable emotional bond. Therefore, they are allowed all types of anti-India activities. For the sake of this piece, herein are reproduced some of the most provocative statements of Farooq Abdullah that are tantamount to acts of sedition.

On Dec 22, 1995, he said that Indira-Sheikh accord 1975 is unacceptable to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and that cannot be the basis for any further dialogue.

On September 8, 1997 when the death anniversary of his father Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah was being observed, Farooq remarked: “Undiluted and meaningful autonomy is our right and we will get it.”

On July 9, 2000 after Autonomy proposal sent by him to the centre was rejected, Farooq while speaking on the first day of the 2-day seminar “Autonomy in Jammu and Kashmir: Restructuring Indian Federalism’ said “Delhi will have to pay dearly for slamming doors on Autonomy, If they refused to talk and discuss about the autonomy resolution. I wonder what they will do if Hurriyat Conference contests polls and adopts a resolution in the assembly seeking merger with Pakistan.”

September 2020:  Farooq Abdullah claimed Kashmiris would rather be ruled by the Chinese than the Indian government. He claimed Kashmiris “don’t feel like Indians” at the moment, see themselves as “slaves” and “second class citizens.”

October 2020: Abdullah said China has never accepted India’s decision to end Jammu and Kashmir’s semi autonomous status and split it into Union Territories. “Whatever they [China] are doing at LAC in Ladakh [is] all because of the abrogation of Article 370, which they never accepted,” the channel had quoted Abdullah as saying. “I am hopeful that with their support, Article 370 will be restored in J&K.”

June 2022: Addressing party functionaries at Hazratbal, he targeted the Centre’s security policy, stating, “The administration’s forced efforts of establishing negative peace have failed miserably… Peace cannot be achieved through force.”

October 24, 2026 (Baramulla Convention): Abdullah triggered fresh political debates during an address to NC workers by asserting that international focus was protecting the region’s unique status. He noted that “our neighbour [Pakistan] goes everywhere and says that the Kashmir issue has not been resolved. They are keeping the pressure on,” while warning his party base to remain resilient, stating, “If you don’t stand up for your rights, your name and identity will disappear.”

The above dateline corresponds to an era when NDA led by BJP ruled and continues to rule at the Centre!

Yet Farooq Abdullah roams free with all the attendant security while R K Handoo is incarcerated for asking an inquiry into the threats issued to PM Package employees! If this isn’t total surrender to anti-India  and Jihadist forces, what else is it!
