...... And the Car Overturns !!!!! .. Act of Providence !!!!
Late Sri Ram Jethmalani was the defence counsel for Santa Singh and Beant Singh , the alleged assassins of the then PM Smt. Indira Gandhi. He asked a set of five questions to determine who was the mastermind behind the conspiracy of assassinating the then PM. Two of the 5 questions are relevant to Vikas Dubey case:
1. Why Santa & Beant were shot at, when they had surrendered their arms post assassination ?
2. Who told the assassins that the then PM would not be wearing the bullet proof jacket on that fateful morning ?
The questions have remained unanswered till date while the accused were hanged on a fastest justice yielding track.
If one can find the answers to the above 2 questions, one can understand the politician-criminal-police nexus. Vikas Dubey case is no different. If anybody just anybody of the 130 crore people thought that Vikas Dubey would reach Kanpur while in police custody then he/she has a total disconnect with the ruling mafia in our cursed land. Police gave enough hints for an encounter and the most prominent one was transiting during night time.
So the car had to slip to overturn because the road was slippery due to heavy rains! Bad piece of Joke. Of all the cars only the car carrying Vikas Dubey had to overturn affording him a chance to escape and thus doubly affording the chance for police to gun him down. What a coincidence or Providence!!
The man who did 1500 Kms - across the states-without any fear (police was happily sleeping/ no barricades/ no check posts ) designed to surrender , is very clear and that too surrender publicly (while loudly introducing himself to the public around the place) had absolutely no reason to escape. He surrendered out of the fear of an ENCOUNTER otherwise police had just no clues.
Why Encounter ?
It is a known fact that no big criminal (under world mafia) survives without the connivance of politicians and police. So Vikas Dubey could not be kept alive to expose politicians else, if indeed he was running away he could have been shot at legs/ knees/ankles why straight on Chest? Poor police training ! Or a criminal act by police, on the asking of the politicians!
In the classic Hindi movie 'Ab Tak Chappan', Nana Patekar , the Cop, encounter specialist, tells his ex boss: I have become a criminal myself because I kill criminals outside jurisdiction of law. That's the gist of this police politician criminal nexus.
The criminals in our cursed land have fun till they fall out of favour with the bosses and the same is true for such corrupt people who have misappropriated thousands of crores roaming free on bail or as free citizens; while 5 or 10 rupee pick pockets are languishing in jails for decades without a hearing in the court because they have no strings to pull at.
Those who planned and executed assassinations of Smt Indira Gandhi and Sri Rajiv Gandhi and Sri M K Gandhi are all roaming free while those who just pulled the trigger have been long hanged. Will it change?
Change is anybody's guess, but if some political scores can be settled through this act of police then surely we are in for a huge game of mud slinging.
