 Awam Ki Awaz Invites AAP to Kashmir

When the "mainstream" and "separatists" were engaging youth in stone pelting @500/- per day, Awam Ki Awaz was finding ways and means to dissuade youth from such acts ; counseling such youth was the activity the organization engaged itself in; it also tried to take care of the needy in terms of providing medical help; during Corona times, as evident from its FB posts, it tried to reach people to provide them relief in terms of making things of daily needs accessible to them; though in the process many criticisms poured in regarding its way of working, etc; but then criticisms as are the accolades are earned by only those who choose to take up some responsibility .

Social Activity: 

It kind of relieves the government of the day from its responsibilities towards its people and encourages politicians to have a greater share in tax payers money for personal usage; the money that should have been spent on promoting education; providing good health care; building infrastructure and creating job avenues for the people.

The social organizations collect donations from well meaning citizens and carry out the work in the areas they can to alleviate difficulties of people. Some of them are given awards for their life time work by the politicians who all along were busy filling their pockets with tax payers' money.

Political and not Social activity dictates Future of the Society:

Politics governs every walk of human life like, social, economical and religious as also the educational, judicial and law upholding  institutions. Therefore if destiny of a people is to be rewritten, politics is the only way. It becomes revolutionary if it negates the beaten tracks and treads on the new ones for emancipation of the people.

Awam Ki Awaz (AKA) and AAP:

AKA fielded it's candidates as independents in local body elections- Panch Sarpanch BDC DDC. Their reach extended upto 16 assembly constituencies comprising 4 districts in the Valley. So, the political intent was there within AKA and therefore - to carry forward its political intent in a more expressive way which needed broadening its reach among the masses- it chose to invite AAP to Kashmir; may get extended to Jammu in time to come. Guess, AKA expects financial and logistics support from AAP leadership because AAP doesn't have to tell much less guide AKA on what should or should not be done in the UT. AAP leadership in Delhi have no connect with the people in the Valley and there is no way they can ever come to get a hold of the psyche of Kashmiris and so that down to Earth reality is a huge advantage for AKA in that it can be in the driving seat and make Delhi based leadership to fall in line with AKA programmes not only for the sake of development and growth in Kashmir, but also for AAP to dig deep in the soil of Kashmir.

AKA need to remain vigilant against AAP:

Sure AKA won't be dissolved & shouldn't be because it's the ideologue for its political wing AAP. AAP credentials as regards to its role and intent in national politics continue to be a matter fir debate in informed circles; for a common man too -with keen eye on political dynamics- questions arise as to the political intent of AAP. It's highly provocative statements during programmed anti CAA protests and so called Farmers' movement have exposed it as being inimical to the interests of Indian Union.

To start with AKA need to put AAP on the same canvass as occupied by the "mainstream" and "separatists" and remain ever vigilant to the machinations of the bosses from Delhi. The reason being that AAP, like TMC, has successfully managed to portray itself as Muslim friendly party and it's quite likely for Delhi bosses to touch upon the raw nerves of the gullible to gradually stoke mistrust against the GOI and which if not nipped in the bud at its very inception, is very likely to erupt in a situation that the UT went through for more than 3 decades and which had taken 2 decades of preparation. 

Therefore from the very beginning the local unit of AAP - child of AIA- must assert its locus standi and coordinates in the Valley and not fall prey to Delhi machinations. As & when the local unit of AAP captures power in the UT it should have its own political agenda to follow and keep Delhi agenda at bay.

It may be a good beginning that the youth is combining to plunge into politics to challenge the fossil outfits who dehumanized Kashmiri society, but they need to be very vigilant and careful against all the wolves that may be masquerading as lambs else, we may be in for a disaster two decades hence.
