Implementation of Uniform Civil Code is Constitutionally Valid

Mr Mahmood Madani of Jamait e Ulema Hind is advised to read Directive Principles of the Constitution of India before instigating Muslims against the Indian Nation on expected implementation of Uniform Civil Code (UCC).

India is a secular democratic nation not driven by dictates of any religion or sect. India is not an Islamic Republic to be duty bound to adhere to Islamic jurisprudence.

Mr Madani & Co including all Muslim intellectuals in India need look inwards to find out whether they are qualified to oppose UCC? They are not because they don't live fully by the dictates of the Holy Quran, Hadiths and Sirat.

Had they been living as per the dictates then they would have abstained from the following:

1. Appearing before a camera/video camera

2 listening & composing music for films

3. Watching movies & being an inseparable part of Indian Film & Advertisement Industry

4. Getting educated in schools & colleges where modern science & technology including fine arts & drama, etc. are taught; because to adopt anything New (non existent during Prophet Muhammad's time) is to invite derailment from the path of Allah.

5. Innovating and discovering new things that may be of use to the human world

6. Letting their womenfolk to move out of their house without being accompanied by Husband/ brother/father

7. Allowing their womenfolk to be professionals/ entrepreneurs working shoulder to shoulder with men

8. Allowing women to be anchors/news readers as employed by TV Channels

9. Allowing girls/women to go out without being fully covered by Burqa except leaving a small slit for eyes to see.

The Moulvis Maulanas Muftis & the likes of Madani Owaisis pretty well know that it's beyond their means to follow the above in today’s world, then why make noise about UCC?

The noise about UCC is only to create turmoil in our country as that's within their means. They get all that done what is within their means like

1. Vandalizing Hindu Temples

2. Idol breaking

3. Stone pelting at Hindu religious processions

4. Forcible conversions

5. Blocking roads & highways for reading Namaz

It's amazing that despite poverty, they encourage Muslims to keep stones, arms & petrol bombs stored in their houses so that on a Call the action will be very prompt like a sudden earthquake.

These Moulvis Maulanas Muftis & the likes of Madani Owasis don't give a damn if burqa clad women are begging at the crossings; they aren't there to work for betterment of Muslim community, but to keep them perpetually under their thumb, through madrasa education, to churn out rioters & terrorists.

Whenever they speak in public they only spew venom and do their best to divide Indian society; they are the reason and source for outfits like ISIS Al Qaeda LET HM JUD HUA etc. and yet they have the audacity to accuse RSS of acts which RSS never does- because its Cadre is not trained to engineer riots/attack mosques.

It may be a good argument to say that a terrorist has no religion, but then the Q that begs an answer is: The cadres of ISIS Al Qaeda LET HM JUD HUA etc. belong to which religion and who indoctrinates them to commit crimes against humanity?

Will Madani et al answer the Q?

Mr Madani by appearing before Video camera and thus allowing to be photographed, you have violated the dictate of Prophet Muhammad & therefore you cease to be a Muslim and therefore disqualified to speak on behalf of Muslims. Same is true for your other venom spewing colleagues.

Mr Madani, if you & the likes of you who don't respect Indian Constitution then there is no place for you and your friends in my country, India. Nobody will like you and such others who oppose Directive Principles of the Constitution of India & those who dislike your gang don't have to leave this country, but it is likes of you who should leave. Remember Mr Madani, you divided India & stayed back instead of going over to Pakistan; so, if you don't like Constitution then please migrate to that pious land for Momeen- Pakistan.
