Two bomb blasts followed by slaughtering of DG Prisons; what more could have been offered in honour of the Home Minister of India, Sri Amit Shah, visit to the UT. That a HM of a country had to postpone his visit to a region that's integral part of his/her country; tells it all about the actual situation in the UT.

It calls for a very deep introspection on the kind of politics having being played/continue to be played in the region since 1947. Unfortunately, that exercise won't be taken up and on the contrary the whole "sponsored" media will be put on the job of blaming Pakistan for promoting cross border terrorism in the region. "Expert" political analysts will have a field day in their respective TV channels and each channel will be eyeing maximizing TRP.

The narrative that Non-existent Art 370 was the sole and whole reason for the turbulent times witnessed in the erstwhile J&K State has been proved to be wrong, if one analyses the events in the UT post 5th Aug 2019.

Blaming Sri Jawaharlal Nehru for " creating Kashmir problem" and creating a politically doctored dramatic schism between Nehruji and Sardar Patel insofar as J&K accession to Indian Union was concerned; all that has become too stale and it has been milked enough to make heroes out of such politicians who fundamentally are/have been depraved.

The self proclaimed "patriots of the highest order" need to realize sooner than later that political rhetoric to gain ascendancy while maligning historical figures of India is one thing, but to solve a political problem is quite another.

Nehruji was disallowed from entering the kingdom of the then Maharaja, His Majesty Sri Hari Singh and arrested; but Mr. HM you were forced to reschedule your visit to the UT by the " Pak sponsored" terrorists! Hari Singh had the conviction to exercise his power as Maharaja, but you, Mr HM, the Boss of Indian Union insofar as internal security is concerned, were stopped by " Pak sponsored terrorists" and finally when you made it, you were gifted with the slit throat of DG Prisons!

So, who is in command? Mr HM!

  J&K: Happy Days Are Here Again Lalit K Kaul The secessionist forces have come to wield political power once again in the UT of J&K. Democratic process is victorious at the cost of India’s geographical integrity. The election results have shown an unambiguous Hindu-Muslim divide.
